About Kenna

Kenna has been with us for two years and is absolutely amazing. We'd keep her forever if our daughter wasn't starting pre-school. She's been instrumental in our daughter's development, from regulating emotions, to manners, to safety, to critical thinking, and communication, she's a consistent, gentle, and stable guide. Her knowledge and experience was so helpful as we figured out how to foster cooperation, potty train, and teach consequences to our first child; we learned a lot about development and how to best support our daughter from her. She is a complete partner in the raising of our daughter and as we shared our parenting goals, she was 100% with us and helped every step along the way. She's intentional about communicating any changes she sees with our daughter so we all have the same information as we make decisions. She is always on time and shows up ready to fully engage and has very rarely had to take off work for unexpected illnesses (they were times she actually caught what our family was passing around). She's completely dependable and consistent. She is exactly who she says she is and lives her values every day; from the interview through two years with her, she's been honest, consistent, kind, and an absolute delight. She's one of my daughter's absolute favorite people and we know if she's with her that we have nothing to worry about. She is exactly the type of person you want to have such a huge influence over your child. We used Big Little Feelings classes for potty training and "Winning the Toddler Phase" and her approach aligned perfectly with what we were trying to do.
