I booked Kenna 2 weeks out and she said she'd come for my move out cleaning. It was crucial she was there the day my movers were going to take everything because I leave for a flight the following day. She was communicative prior to the job day, and when the day came, she didn't show up, didn't text, didn't answer my calls. At that point I just wanted notification if she'd be there so I can start desperately searching for another. Who does that? I understand emergencies but No show, no response, after saying yes to the job multiple times on different days? Unacceptable.

Kenna is a wonderful house cleaner. She is punctual, thorough, and dependable. She is also very friendly, thoughtful, and communicates clearly.
