About Kenna

I'm driven by the joy of helping young minds grow, explore, and realize their potential. I think each child is unique, and I believe in meeting them where they are--with patience, creativity, and respect. I have a strong belief in the power of having strong role models and safe, nurturing environments. I aim to create safe spaces where kids feel seen, heard, and inspired. I am a Registered Behavior Technician. I help children with autism learn important skills and work through challenging behaviors. I work one-on-one with clients and follow a treatment plan created by my supervisor. I use positive reinforcement to teach communication, daily living, and social skills, and I take data to track progress. My job is to be patient, supportive, and make sure my clients are safe, respected, and supported every day. Right now I am currently a senior in college going for a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in ASL.
