Kenia was punctual and used all of her own supplies, however she charged for a first time deep clean which normally takes 6 hours at my house, and was done in 4 hours with many items left unclean such as baseboards and about half of the windows in the house. Many tables were left not dusted, mirrors were left with marks. I was her second house of the day and I think she was just tired, but then should have charged for a normal clean, not a deep clean.
