I enjoy listening to their stories, learning from their life experiences, and being someone they can depend on. Sometimes, the smallest things--a kind word, a helping hand, or simply sitting and listening--can make the biggest difference. For me, it's more than a job. It's about giving people dignity, compassion, and comfort during a time in their lives when they may need it most.
