Hi, I'm Kendra and creating and maintaining safe, fun-filled environments where children grow and thrive is my top priority as a caregiver. I have received CPR/First Aid/AED training through the American Red Cross and hold an alternative teaching certification in K-12 Speech/Drama/Debate. I first worked as a babysitter and mother's helper in 2014, caring for the family's two young daughters, from infancy to the early toddler years, 3 times a week. Since then, I have worked in daycare settings, with toddlers and elementary age children, nannied an infant, taught summer school and after school with elementary age children, and worked as a full time middle school theatre teacher for the past two years. I'm currently transitioning to teaching high school for this next school year, and am seeking to combine my love for babysitting with my need to supplement my income to cover the rest of my MEd program. I would love the opportunity to serve your family!

Kendra helped me watch my two babies from when they were infants to now that they are toddlers. She helped me take them to the park, fed them, and helped me lay them down for naps. She also cleaned my entire microwave and was very helpful with making sure my house was kept tidy. She is passionate about children and is able to differentiate the needs of any age. I met Kendra when we worked together as teachers, and I am lucky I did! She has always been inspirational and energetic. You would be lucky to have Kendra be a part of your children's lives.
