About Kendra

I'd describe my personality as calm, caring, and creative. I like working with kids because being able to make a difference in their lives brings me joy. There's nothing like seeing a child developing a new skill and flourishing, especially when you've helped support them along the way. I'm looking for a job that is reliable, contains open and honest communication, and is fulfilling. I started working with kids when I was about 13 years old. I've always loved helping kids since I was a teenager, and began babysitting at the age of 16. Then, my passion for working with children turned into a career as an educator for the last 13 years. In my spare time, I like to lift weights, read, and go for walks outside. One thing you should know about me is I'd love to take my experiences as a caregiver, educator, and mom, to help families in need of reliable and trustworthy childcare. My skills include patience, consistency, and the ability to pick up on individual child needs.
