About Kendra

Hi, I am Kendra. I have a 4yr old myself. I have a strong passion for providing safe, supportive, and engaging care for children of all abilities. I bring over 10yrs experience in regular child care, working with children of various ages and developmental stages. I have 5yrs of specialized experience supporting children with special needs, including autism, down syndrome, mobility challenges like wheelchair use, and other developmental and cognitive disabilities. I am a licensed RBT which has given me the professional training in behavior management, communication, and care. I strive to create a nurturing, structured, inclusive environment where every child feels understood, supported, and encouraged. I am dedicated, patient, attentive, and I work with families to ensure each childs unique needs are met with compassion and consistency. I have a certificate in early childhood education, along with maintaining a clean, organized environment and preparing healthy child-friendly meals.
