Hello! :) I'm Kendall and I worked as a DSP, (Direct Support Professional) supporting adults with autism for around 10 months. (March. 2025-January. 2026) I worked in an assisted living type environment with 1-3 clients at a time. I have experience with adults and adolescents with ASD. At this job, I worked under a behavior analyst who helped me practice ABA with clients. I currently have finished my 40 hour RBT training program and am in the process of getting my RBT certification. In my experience , I've administered medications, helped with toileting assistance, and meal preparation.
