Hi! My name is Kendall, and I enjoy creating a safe, positive, and fun environment for children. My passion for caregiving grew through positive babysitting experiences and my desire to make a meaningful impact in children's lives. I strive to be someone both kids and parents feel comfortable and confident with. I would describe myself as patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through outdoor activities, sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that encourage creativity and learning. I believe communication with parents is very important, so I always follow each family's preferred communication style and provide updates about their child's day or any concerns. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead to help maintain consistency and a supportive environment for the child.
