Hi, I'm Kendall. I'm a grounded, nurturing, and intuitive caregiver with a calm presence and a strong sense of responsibility. My background in aviation and patient coordinating taught me how to manage routines, adapt quickly, and support others with both structure and care. I bring those same qualities into the home with thoughtfulness, consistency, and attention to detail. I've worked with children since my teenage years through babysitting, volunteering in church nurseries, and leading at summer camps. Whether formal or informal, caregiving has always been a natural part of my life and something I genuinely enjoy. I love helping kids feel safe, seen, and supported. I notice what's needed, build trust easily, and take pride in creating an environment where children and parents feel understood and at ease. This isn't just work to me. It's something I show up for with heart and intention every single day.
