Kelsi is the hardest worker I have ever met. She is completely dedicated to any task given to her and will not stop working on it until it has met the highest quality. Her interactions with children are caring, endearing and creative. She has worked in urban schools where she has planned activities for all ages and multiple classrooms. Kelsi works hard to make sure the activities that children engage with are both educational, and fun. Her ideas for children involve creating memories that both allow the children to interact with their surrounding environment in a positive and interactive way that promotes positive behavior, educational fundamentals and the ability to explore further concepts. Children left in the care of Kelsi are ones that will look forward to having a babysitter and will constantly continue to grow with every interaction.
