Kelsie is the best of the best. Back when we first met her, she'd told us that she has so much love to give - and she proved this true every day that she was with our family. She is a baby whisperer, and she connects with kiddos of every age with *magical* ease. She pairs her childcaring skillset and developmental awareness with joy, humor, music, patience and positive regard for the children in her care - she has a unique stamina in how she stays engaged and present with children for the entirety of her time with them. In her time with us, she extended her signature warmth and love not only to the kids but to our entire family. Any family who gets to have her caregiving is beyond lucky. She is a rare find.
