Hi there! My name is Kelsie I'm a 20-year-old nanny with a deep love for children and a passion for helping them grow and thrive in every stage of life. I believe that every child is unique, and I approach each day with patience, creativity, and a big heart. Whether I'm reading a favorite book, playing games, or simply listening to their stories, I'm always looking for ways to make children feel heard, safe, and loved. I've had the privilege of working with kids from infants to adolescents, and I'm especially experienced in supporting children with diverse needs. I've worked with children on the autism spectrum, as well as non-verbal children, which has given me a unique perspective on communication and connection. I'm also comfortable with children who have swallowing disorders (like dysphagia), as well as those who need extra medical care, such as oxygen tanks.
