I have 10+ years experience in the childcare field with children with special needs and typically developing kids in daycare centers and school districts. I have worked with children of all ages and can provide many engaging activities for them all whether it's crafts, creative activities, or board games. I am currently teaching as an Autistic Support teacher and have 2 Bachelor's degrees (Early Childhood Education/ Special Education and the other in Child Psychology). Incredible sitter! Kelsey played with my kids, took them to the park, read books, and did art with them. No screens the whole time! My kids all have special needs, but Kelsey’s experience with autistic youth was evident in her treatment of my kids. 100% recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat!
