Hi! I'm Kelsey, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Registered Nurse (RN) with several years of acute-care nursing experience. I've cared for patients with a variety of medical conditions in hospital and travel nursing settings. My clinical skills include nursing assessments, medication administration, monitoring changes in health status, wound care, patient education, and coordinating care with healthcare teams. I understand the importance of recognizing changes in condition, preventing complications, and supporting recovery and independence. I'm passionate about providing compassionate, individualized care, particularly for older adults. I strive to help seniors feel safe, respected, comfortable, and supported while maintaining their dignity and independence. I value clear communication with families and understand how important it is to trust the person caring for a loved one!
