Kelsey has been an absolute blessing to our blended family of six children. From the very beginning, she stepped into our busy household with patience, confidence, warmth, and an incredible ability to connect with each child individually. Managing six kids is no small task, especially in a blended family dynamic, but Kelsey handles it with grace, structure, and genuine love. Her work ethic is truly exceptional. She is dependable, attentive, organized, and always willing to go above and beyond for our family. Kelsey does not simply “watch” the children — she actively cares for them, teaches them, encourages them, and helps guide them through their daily routines with kindness and consistency. She brings a calm, steady presence into our home while also making sure the kids feel seen, heard, and valued. One of the things we appreciate most about Kelsey is her dedication to helping the children learn and grow. Whether she is helping with schoolwork, teaching responsibility, encouraging good manners, keeping routines on track, or finding creative ways to keep the kids engaged, she puts her whole heart into what she does.
