For the past year, I have been nanny to a family with 2 children (7 and 10), and a weekend babysitter for a family with a 3-year-old girl. Although I have no children of my own, I grew up the middle of four children: one older, two younger. Not only did I help raise my two younger sisters, but I had baby-sitting jobs all throughout middle school and high school. I also was blessed to be able to work an internship at a theme park. Keeping children and their safety, well-being and happiness in mind was my number one priority professionally during that time, as it has always been throughout my life.

Kelsey worked for us via care.com as a nanny for our two kids - aged 10 and 7. We were very apprehensive when we started as we were more used to the daycare model vs. a nanny. We wanted her to primarily pick up our kids from school, bring them home, serve them food and then take them to various classes during the week. She very quickly became an integral part of the family, started taking on additional responsibilities, started providing recommendations on what their preferences were and also started acting on our behalf at these classes with ease. We have been very impressed with her work ethic and commitment to our kids. If we weren't moving to another city we would have continued having Kelsey with us. She would be a great fit in any family and would adapt very soon.
