About Kelsey

Hi! I'm Kat -- a creative, patient, and dependable caregiver with years of hands-on childcare experience through helping raise my younger siblings, babysitting, tutoring, and being the go-to favorite auntie/cousin in the family. I'm a big sister of three, and with a 15-year age gap between me and my youngest sibling, caring for children has been a huge part of my life for a long time. I love keeping kids engaged through creativity, crafts, games, outdoor activities, imaginative play, reading, bubbles, and fun hands-on activities rather than relying heavily on screens. I enjoy creating an environment where kids feel safe, comfortable, entertained, and encouraged to be themselves. I'm most comfortable with toddlers and older children, but I'm also open to learning more about infant care. I would describe myself as calm, caring, attentive, and easy to communicate with, and I genuinely enjoy building positive relationships with both kids and parents alike.
