About Kelsey

. With 11 years of experience working with and caring for children from newborn through age 12 and beyond, I strive to create a safe, loving, and fun environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to learn. I have my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, completed extensive early childhood development coursework with many certifications , and have CPR and First Aid training. I enjoy planning creative activities and games, playing outdoor games, working on puzzles, and finding fun ways to make learning and play exciting. I am comfortable setting and maintaining boundaries while making sure children feel loved, respected, and understood. I am also happy to help with meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and other house needs. Communication with families is very important to me, and I always want parents to feel comfortable and informed about their child's time with me. My goal is to build trusting relationships with both children and their families!
