Kelsey had an interview scheduled with our family, and not only did she not show up, but she didn’t respond to my text or phone call to see if she was still coming/interested. Our four year old son was at the front window watching and waiting to meet his new friend, but she didn’t show up. It’s sad that someone in childcare would be this unresponsive and flagrant with a child’s feelings. She showed she is not reliable, responsible and incapable of respectful clear communication.
