When she first arrived my oldest daughter greeted her (which she usually doesn't with strangers) and she was comfortable with her right away. Kelsey was on time, available on short notice, and took care of my 2 girls, for dinner and bed time, and my oldest daughter's potty training needs. She gave me updates throughout the evening. And her times are flexible which is a plus. I also came home to see that she had cleaned up after my daughters' dinner (washed dishes) which was a pleasant surprise. I would hire her again. Im very pleased with how my first encounter and experience went with Care.com and Kelsey!
