About Kelsey

I have been working with children ranging from 13 months to 18 years for the last 14 years. I work frequently with children that have high functioning neurodivergence--including pda, adhd, autism, ocd and anxiety. I am proficient in all elementary school learning areas but excel in drama and english. My background is in acting. I hold a BFA in Acting and a certificate in infant and early childhood mental health. I am sensitive to different learning styles and intuitively sense what a child is needing. I like working closely with parents, and believe that all work with children is a partnership. I have been an assistant teacher in toddler, preschool, and kindergarten classrooms. And worked the last three years as an educational/emotional support aid with children in 2nd, and 3rd grade at a Hebrew school (part time).
