About Kelsey

Hi! I have worked the past six years with children ages 13 months to seven years. I began my EC career in day care settings and have worked in both Montessori and Waldorf schools, most recently City of Lakes Waldorf School in Minneapolis (4 years) Currently, I am finishing my graduate certificate in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. I have been babysitting for various families around the twin cities consistently for the past four years. As a nanny I provide: *gentle, responsive and patient care *knowledge of child development *structured time and free play time for the child with emphasis on getting outside (weather permitting), and pretend play *I have previously worked as a house cleaner and tidy the spaces and clean if need be (wiping counters, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) *I have done overnight stays with children when their parents are out of town *I am comfortable caring for pets if need be *excellent driving record and own my own car look forward to hearing from you!
