About Kelsey

I'm a childcare provider with six years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for working with kids stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and help them thrive. I believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment in which to grow and learn, and I'm committed to providing that for the families I serve. I'm known for my patient, friendly, and outgoing personality, which puts children at ease and allows me to build strong relationships with them. I also understand the importance of clear communication with parents and am happy to follow their preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and ensuring that the children are aware of and respectful of the rules.
