Hi! I'm Kelsey and I'm 28 years old and I'd love to work with your family! I was with my last family from March 2021 to July 2022 until they moved back to Boston for a job opportunity. It was definitely tough to see them go however I'm grateful to say we keep in touch and have visits to this day. I have around 15 years of paid experience with kids of all ages including newborns. I've worked freelance in childcare, as well as supervised in day camp, nursery, and daycare settings. I'm energetic, engaged, and ready for learning, teaching, and of course, big fun! I'm CPR and AED certified. On top of paid experience, I grew up caring for a much younger sibling and family members, and realized how much I love kids very early on. I take pride in my ability to act as a positive role model and friend to your child. Kelsey has been a nanny to our 2-year-old daughter for 1.5 years and we would continue with her if we didn't have to relocate to a different state. We've loved working with Kelsey, and our daughter loves her as well. Kelsey is smart, fun, and energetic -- she's always playing with our daughter and making her laugh, keeping her entertained without screen-time. Together, they read books, play with toys, go on walks, and play at various nearby parks. She also prepares food for our daughter and gets our daughter involved as appropriate. She's also very responsible and flexible. We have nothing but good things to say about Kelsey, she's a fantastic nanny. We are happy to provide a reference via a phone call, too.
