I had an appointment with Kelsey to do an in person trial run and she never showed up. I called, texted, and email her with no response. It’s very unprofessional and alarming that someone would behave that way as it relates to providing child care. I was looking forward to meeting her and seeing if she’s a good fit for our child care needs, it’s very disappointing.
