About Kelsey

Hi! I'm Kelsey, a caregiver with over 10 years of experience working with children of all ages, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, and complex care needs. I've supported families as a nanny, personal assistant, and direct support professional--helping with daily routines, educational activities, therapy coordination, and emotional support. I use patience, structure, and creativity to meet each child where they are and help them thrive. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, trained in behavior support, and have experience with ABA-informed care. I also assist with household tasks, transportation, and planning engaging, age-appropriate activities. I'm passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where kids feel understood and empowered. Currently pursuing my degree in social work, I bring heart, flexibility, and dedication to every family I work with.
