About Kelsey

Hi, I'm Niko! (Kelsey is my legal name, but everyone calls me Niko.) I am a special education teacher who provides childcare during summer vacation. If my services are a good fit for your family, I am also available to continue care beyond the summer! I have 10+ years experience caring for and empowering youth of all ages, but my passion is to work with infants and toddlers who are learning to communicate! I am fluent in ASL and love to teach babies to sign before they are able to verbalize their needs. My favorite activities to do with children are arts and crafts, reading/signing books, playing outdoors, and swimming! I also have experience teaching swim lessons and supervising aquatic play. I even offer light housecleaning services! I have several eager references who are happy to tell you how much I have helped support them and their little ones, if you are most comfortable connecting with other parents for reviews!
