About Kelsey

Hello, my name is Kelsey! I am currently working in Early Childhood as an infant/toddler teacher. Our classroom services children from 6wks old - 3 years. I've been in this position for 2 years. Before this, I worked as an Early Childhood Educator in a daycare program for 5 years where I was a 2-year-old teacher, a 4-year-old teacher, and a 5-year-old teacher, while also helping out in the school age classroom, 3-year-old classroom, and infant classrooms from time to time. My favorite age to teach by far was the 5-year-olds :). While at the daycare, I was going to school. I received a Bachelor's degree with a major in comprehensive sciences and arts for teaching (I completed an elementary education teaching degree without finishing student teaching, my choice) and a minor in Early Childhood. Early Childhood has been my passion but I also enjoy spending time with older kids. I have 3 siblings and I am the oldest. I love spending time by myself or with friends and family.
