Hello parents! My name is Kelsey, and I'm an experienced caregiver who's ready to make your life easier! I love children. I've been babysitting since I was 12 years old. My first part-time job was helping a navy mom care for her toddler son and newborn for one year while her husband was deployed. I continued babysitting throughout college. I started nannying full-time in 2017. I've done multiple nanny shares, so I'm experienced caring for 2-3 children at once and balancing the needs of multiple families. I spent the last four years as a live-in nanny to a single family. I moved across the country with them, and I was involved in every aspect of childcare from basic duties to medical appointments. My childcare philosophy is that I'm a fun and stable substitute when parents aren't available. I will follows the rules parents set for their children, and I will not deviate from their requests. I'm seeking full-time employment in the Charlotte, NC area starting in fall 2026.

Kelsey has been our nanny for 4 years, first for our now 4 year old daughter, and then for our now 2 year old daughter. Now that our youngest is starting pre-school in the fall, Kelsey will be moving on to another full-time family, but she will always be a part of ours, both in heart, and hopefully with regular visits. Kelsey was our first ever nanny, and we could not feel more lucky or grateful to have found her. She is kind, patient, intuitive and experienced, traits that were essential to us when looking for someone to care full-time for our newborns starting at 3 months old. She is also smart, honest, creative, energetic, direct and punctual, traits that we looked for and came to appreciate more as we developed a working relationship over 4 years. Especially during this challenging last year +, Kelsey has been a true rock, enabling our family to continue on with as little interruption as anyone could have hoped for. We cannot recommend Kelsey highly enough to any family.
