Unfortunately, our experience with Kelsey was disappointing. She initially scheduled an interview, tried to reschedule last minute due to car issues, then confirmed she could still make it. However, just before our meeting, she canceled entirely, stating she accepted another interview! While I understand circumstances can change, this left us in a difficult position. She has no accountability or respect of families time!
