About Kelsey

I have about 4-5 years of experience caring for children and have experience working with kids ranging in age from 3 to 16. I truly enjoy connecting with children of all ages and creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for them to grow and thrive. In addition to babysitting, I've worked as both a preschool aide and a special needs aide in school settings, where I gained valuable hands-on experience supporting children's development and individual needs. I also have six months of substitute teaching experience, which strengthened my ability to manage routines, adapt to different learning styles, and foster a positive atmosphere. I'm passionate about working with children and always strive to bring patience, creativity, and dependability to every family I work with.
