Kelsei kept me informed on how my dog was doing and sent photos too. My dog is nervous and doesn't do well with boarding. With Kelsei, Louise (my dog) was comfortable and really like her. When we came home, Louise looked and acted normal. Kelsei also kept the house neat. I would refer Kelsei to all my friends and family.
