About Kelly

Making a difference in the lives of others is what drives me. With three years of direct care experience, and several years of case management, I'm dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of children, adults and seniors. My college degree, combined with CPR and First Aid training, provides a solid foundation for the care I offer. I'm known for my patient, calm, compassionate, and empathetic nature. Growing up with a family member who has Down syndrome has motivated me to enrich the lives of others. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. When caring for individuals, especially those with special or memory care needs, I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I communicate with families through written daily reports, always following their preferred method, and paying close attention to any changes in their loved one's well-being.
