There are not enough words to describe what an amazing caregiver Kelly was to our parents (both in their 80s). We had to hire her quickly as we live out of state, and our father's back surgery resulted in major complications and our mother has dementia. From the moment she started, she managed everything with professionalism, kindness, and excellence. She helped us navigate their daily care as well as a myriad of medical appointments, multiple hospital stays, and an ever growing number of medications and treatments. Her former experience navigating the medical system was a real plus. There was even a point when the situation escalated and Dad needed 24 hour care and she stayed at the house with them for two weeks!!! She communicated with us regularly and clearly about all that was taking place. She was truly a blessing, comfort, and gift to our family in a time of great need. Thankfully (and in large part thanks to Kelly), Dad fully recovered. When we decided to move them across the country to live with us, after a year of working with them, Kelly took the lead on helping us navigate the move - from working with the realtor to helping pack and clean out the house. We simply cannot recommend her enough as an exceptional caregiver. If we could have convinced her to move with them, we would have kept her forever!!
