I majored in hotel and restaurant management as well as Early Childhood Development. I managed country clubs and hotels from 1992 to 2009. Kelly has worked with our 9yo daughter for nearly 8 years. She is a FANTASTIC nanny and would be a great catch for anyone who needs childcare. In particular, Kelly is great at: * Punctuality: If she says she'll be there at 8, she'll be there at 7:30 waiting. I have NEVER had to worry about timing. * Communication: Kelly always keeps us up-to-date on logistics; who is where, when, etc. * Accurate record-keeping: Kelly is excellent at keeping accurate records (e.g.: billing, travel details, etc.) * Respect for the care guidelines: Kelly understands the goals we set for our child (e.g.: screentime) and does a great job helping us reinforce the environment we want for our daughter. * Compassion: Kelly is a deeply compassionate person and has helped our daughter develop a similar perspective on the world.
