We have had the privilege of having Ms. Meadows serve as both an educator and caregiver for our three children, ages 7, 5, and newborn. Our oldest child has been diagnosed with ODD, ADHD, and anxiety, and throughout our experience, Ms. Meadows has consistently provided exceptional care, support, and understanding. She is empathetic, compassionate, attentive, and highly structured in her approach. Her communication skills are outstanding, and she always prioritizes the safety and well-being of the children in her care. Ms. Meadows genuinely cares for each child as if they were her own, offering both nurturing support and appropriate guidance. One of her greatest strengths is her willingness to advocate for children and ensure their needs are heard and addressed. Her strong values, integrity, and moral character align closely with our family’s values, which has made her someone we trust wholeheartedly.
