Tutoring has always been one of my passions. For three years in college, I was employed by my school (the University of South Carolina) to tutor other students in Calculus -- I would teach groups of various sizes, ranging from 1-40+ people. After graduating, I worked in investment banking in New York, and then in impact investing at UNICEF USA. During that time, I volunteered for an organization called Upchieve, which provides free tutoring to low income high school students across the US. I am now studying to get my MBA at Harvard Business School and will be employed by the school to tutor first year students in Finance.
