Enter a zip code to get matched with caregivers that meet your needs
"Special needs" can feel like such an insult when put into "words". Maybe better described as "human needs" is what is required, and with a caring, decent assistant, the needs are part of any "normal" living. However, "Normal" can also be questioned. Who is "normal" these days? Aren't we all unique, or should at least aspire to be? Why be bland, when you can be colorful? Bland is dull, no depth. A dull life makes for a short story. When given the opportunity, write a novel with a rich, meaningful storyline. Life is challenging, or for most in one way or another. It's a matter of surrounding ourselves with family, friends, and people who can enrich our life and make it an interesting ride. Write those kind of people into your story. If we are lucky enough to find those people, life can/will be all the sweeter. I've read a book like yours. Give me a call, I'd love to be written into your story. I'm seeking a new adventure, an opportunity to be a wonderful character in someone's story.
