**I have been inactive on this site due to family illness but still working. I have over 13 years of caring for the Aging population & special needs as a Occupational Therapist Asst. 5 years as a private caregiver before schooling. I have worked w/ multiple diagnosis- stroke, dementia, Alzheimers, CP, autism, sensory disorders, cancer etc. I have certifications in Aging in Place, Fall prevention and balance, sensory, and CPR. I am happy to provide services in home or facilities. I specialize in patient advocating, med. management, dementia/ Alz. activities of daily living, communication, functional balance and strength, fall prevention, caregiving/family education, medical equipment, and aging in place. I am happy to help with errands, cooking, shopping and leisure activities. I have a great theraputic use of self helping navigate changes as they come and understanding behaviors. I will always strive to maintain the clients dignity. There are time my 10-year-old son does come w/ me.
