Kelly and I had a lengthy discussion about her experience and assisting my uncle that evening. It was clear from my posting and our call that I needed assistance over the weekend while out of town. I was assured she would stop by to check on my uncle at 6:30 pm; however, I received a call at 5:30 pm from a different member of her team stating she could not come if they weren't guaranteed 30 to 40 hours per week to care for him. Therefore, an hour before the job she canceled. Unprofessional!
