I am currently majoring in the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. I am looking to take care of a senior citizen with a disability or disease on the weekend. I would like to apply my knowledge that I learn in school to the right candidate. I love spending time with my 91-year-old grandma. I do many thing with her in order to help her remain independent. On Saturdays, I work with my grandma. I take her out on errands, to doctor appointments, and pick up anything she needs. I also help her with her ADL's and IADLS. I have a lot of patience and kindness to give to others. I want to work on ADL's and occupations that are meaningful to the patient.
