We hired Kelly to be our nanny 2 weeks prior to her start date and contacted her the night before to confirm her start time. She told us she couldn't find our numbers and wouldn't be able to to do the job leaving us in a lurch for childcare. We're very disappointed that she accepted the position then backed out at the 11th hour with no intention of letting us know prior to her start time.
