About Kelly

I love working with kids because I feel like I learn so much from them! Kids remind us to not take life too seriously and their imaginations and creativity always inspire me. I love helping them reach their full potential. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. I've had extensive babysitting experience from age 13-21. In high school, I babysat for several families in my community and in college I was employed with a babysitting company that offered care for military families. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends, thrift, exercise and bake. I work at a thrift store and have loved thrifting since I was a little kid! I also love to read and do yoga. I've been told over the years that I am extremely patient, compassionate and nurturing. I always have the child's best interest in mind. I enjoy working with the parents as a team in order to help the child excel in all areas of their life (academics, sports, emotions, etc).
