Don't hire this woman. Kelly isn't trustworthy or dependable. She used her claim of being a Christian that she is dependable & trustworthy. She said, "I'm a Christian and would never just not show up". I gave her details of the job before she came to the house, sent her a list and detail by email of all duties, showed her everything she would do, told her this one is work & not a quick clean. She promised she could do it, was physically able and as a Christian, she would never just not show, but would give plenty of notice. We discussed her plans to retire in a year and that is the commitment she made to me, she would stay a year. As far as I'm concerned she outright lied to us. She was a no show after almost 2 weeks of working. Sent a text day she was scheduled saying she quit. Her reason is she can't physically do cleaning, it is too much for her. She has left me with no one to clean and I am unable to do anything other dust, dishes, basic light cleaning.
