Hello families! My name is Kelly, and I bring a unique balance of protection, reliability, and education to childcare. I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Criminal Justice and am currently pursuing another advanced degree. My academic background has strengthened my problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills -- qualities I use daily when caring for children. Over the past several years, I've cared for children from newborns through high school and have specialized experience working with children with autism and Down syndrome. I take pride in creating an environment that is both safe and nurturing, while also encouraging curiosity, independence, and learning. Families often describe me as calm, dependable, and someone they can trust in any situation.
