I'd describe my personality as empathetic, energetic, and responsible. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them learn and grow. It's rewarding to be part of their development and to create a positive environment for them. I am looking for a family that needs someone dependable and responsible. I'm happy to help with childcare, light household tasks, and keeping things running smoothly. I started working with kids 6 years ago through volleyball camps, where I've helped supervised groups, run activities, and keep kids engaged in a structured setting. That experience has helped me build patience, communication skills, and the ability to manage different age groups. My skills are patience, strong communication, and leadership. Through my experience working with kids at volleyball camps, I've learned how to keep kids engaged, give clear instructions, and create a safe, positive environment.
