I'm a board certified autism technician, experienced paraeducator and mom who provides calm, intentional childcare in my own home, alongside my children (5-year-old and 3-year-old twins). Our home is structured, nurturing, and focused on emotional safety, routines, and positive behavior support. I have experience supporting children of various ages and abilities, including neurodivergent children, and I use developmentally appropriate strategies such as visual supports, gentle guidance, and collaborative problem-solving-balanced with play, creativity, and outdoor time. We also have a very small, gentle senior dog and two cats. As a parent, I value trust, communication, and consistency, and I work closely with families to support each child as an individual.
