About Kelli

Kelli has been an incredibly important part of our family for the past year and a half, serving as both our full-time House Manager and childcare provider for our infant daughter. We had recently moved to the area and were both working full-time, and Kelli stepped in during a time when we truly needed an extra set of hands. She helped us turn a new house into an organized, functional home, all while caring for our daughter and showing up every day with a smile, positive energy, and a genuine willingness to help wherever she was needed. Her responsibilities have included: - Full-Time Childcare: Providing loving, dependable full-time care for our daughter beginning at 6 months old, while also helping establish and maintain her daily schedules and routines as she grew. - Household Cleaning: Managing the day-to-day cleanliness of our home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, the outdoor patio, dishes, dusting, and general household upkeep. Laundry: Managing household laundry, including washing, drying, folding, organizing, and putting items away. Home Organization: Creating organization systems throughout our home, including completely organizing our kitchen, playroom, and bathrooms. She established designated drawers, containers, and storage systems that have made it significantly easier for us to keep our home organized and functional. Household Maintenance & Projects: Taking care of minor household repairs and projects, including fixing lamps, troubleshooting the garbage disposal, hanging pictures, and addressing other household needs as they arose. Meal Prep & Household Stocking: Assisting with meal preparation, keeping track of frequently used groceries and household essentials, and replacing items when they ran out. Guest Preparations: Preparing guest rooms and other areas of the home for visiting family and friends. Household & Family Routines: Helping organize schedules, routines, and the many day-to-day details required to keep a busy household running smoothly. Now that we are more settled in our home and our daughter is older, we unfortunately no longer need Kelli’s services on a full-time basis, which is truly devastating for us. She has been one of the biggest sources of support for me and my family during this season of our lives. Kelli is dependable, hardworking, thoughtful, incredibly capable, and truly an exceptional human being. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her in their home and their lives.
